TERMS OF SERVICE - OPTICA FORMA
ACCOUNT
To place an order on Optica Forma, accurate personal data is required during the Customer Account application process. Please ensure the correctness and currency of your details. Choose a secure password and keep it confidential to access your personalized 'My Account' area for future orders. Update your details before placing the next order if there are any changes. Your data is securely protected on our dedicated server.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Explore the prices of our products by logging into your Customer Account on Optica Forma's website. Payment options include our Payment Solution Provider PAY.NL or bank transfer. All displayed prices are in Euros and exclude VAT.
DELIVERY
We dispatch your order to the specified address during the ordering process. Any changes to the delivery address are possible only before processing your order. Add or modify a delivery address in your Account post-login. Please note that the delivery address must match the invoicing address country. Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email for convenient online order tracking.
WARRANTY
All products from Optica Forma come with a manufacturer's warranty lasting 2 years from the purchase date. This warranty covers production or assembly faults attributed to us. However, damages caused by the end user, such as breaks, scratches, and bending, are not covered. To initiate our warranty procedure, send an email to: info@opticaforma.eu. We will promptly provide information on available options.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights for the texts and images on Optica Forma's website are owned by the company. Use of such material requires written permission from our marketing department, reachable at info@opticaforma.eu.
COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
While these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law, at Optica Forma, we prioritize customer service. We strive to find suitable solutions in case of disputes. To submit a complaint about a product or our services, email: info@opticaforma.eu. Although you won't receive an acknowledgment of receipt, we commit to responding to your complaint within 14 working days.
